Check out below how to make simple vinaigrette in an easy way and with useful tips and prepare it to share with the family at the next Brazilian barbecue.

Ingredients for making Simple BBQ Vinaigrette:

 2 medium onions

 4 medium tomatoes

 1 small green pepper

 1 lemon

1 tablespoon of salt (shallow spoon)

 olive oil to taste

1 bunch of coriander or parsley to taste

How to Make Simple BBQ Vinaigrette:

It is very simple to prepare the Brazilian vinaigrette sauce! Start by sanitizing the vegetables and peeling the onions. Then cut the tomatoes and peppers in half and remove the seeds. Chop everything into cubes about the same size.

Tip: To improve the consistency of your vinaigrette salad, store the tomatoes and peppers in the fridge the day before.

Also sanitize the coriander or parsley and set aside the amount you want to use in the vinaigrette dressing. Chop with a sharp knife.

Tip: Better to use fresh cilantro or parsley than frozen, as their flavor is more aromatic. Many people don't like cilantro, so if you want to avoid taking risks, opt for parsley.

Place all vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl and add lemon juice, salt and oil to taste. Mix everything together and set aside in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, to perfect the flavor.

Tip: Taste it and, if you like, add more lemon juice. If you want to soften the flavor of lemon juice while balancing its acidity, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the vinaigrette.

After the indicated time, your simple barbecue vinaigrette is ready and, as you can see, it couldn't be simpler!

This sauce is delicious with roasted meat, so check out these roasted meat recipes that go great with vinaigrette:
